“This hotel despite not necessarily being touted as a 5-star resort hotel, is definitely the best, family friendly hotel my wife and I have stayed in--clean, fantastic facility with amazing staff. Their breakfast is really a breakfast and better yet, it stays available until 9:30 am--later than most I've used that start closing down as early as 8am. I chose this Tyler location (visiting UT Tyler Med Ctr) because the ratings all seemed to be "exceptional" from prior visitor. ”

“Great experience! Hotel staff helping us check in was very helpful & courteous. Our room was very clean & spacious which made our stay very comfortable. There was a nice selection of food for breakfast each morning & well tended to. Overall a great experience!”
