“I booked a stay for a room with complimentary breakfast. We arrived to a hotel under renovation(no discount, just the pardon our mess bs). Then, the blonde front desk attendant tells me breakfast is available, but it’s an additional charge. Never again, Hilton garden inn.”

“I don't recommend it! I prepaid for a stay from Friday to Monday, but due to a flight delay, I arrived on Saturday and they didn't honor the days I had already paid for. The hotel told me they would refund my money, but Expedia says the hotel is refusing...”

“Easy check in. Had plenty of room. The only complaint was the sofa bed, had one blanket but no sheets. I know we could've asked, but we just pulled off the top on the beds and handed a few of the extra pillows and was set. Overall, it was good.”
