“We would like to thank the entire team the check in clerks, the cleaning staff, the amenities staff, and especially the valet team. The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience.”

“There were cockroaches in the room, I called to let them know we had already killed four big roaches and they couldn’t change our room due to availability. The shower was clogged and they went to repair it and it remained clogged even after maintenance. They promised a credit and did not specify it had to be used in the hotel, lost half the credit given. I will not be returning. I paid over 1000 for two nights including extra fees. Not worth the money”

“Staff was super friendly at check in. The hotel was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the bar and the breakfast buffet.”

“The only thing I didn’t like is that the intent of choosing the hotel was to watch the fireworks from the pool deck and was turned away because it was at capacity. The only sour spot on the trip.”

“Lots for the grandkids and us old folks to do. Amazing 4th of July fireworks. The only thing that needs to improve is a larger swim area in the lagoon.”
