“Il soggiorno è durato due giorni. All'arrivo circa un'ora prima del check in, ci è stato chiesto un extra per avere la camera. La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente. Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati. Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani. Chiesto alla direzione la risposta...

“The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was better then expected. All in all we had a good stay and will return in the future. Only bad thing was that I paid more through Expedia in I could've at the front desk.”

“As of April 24, this hotel is undergoing major renovations. I was fortunate to stay in a newly renovated room. It was very nice. Beautiful new furniture. Lovely headboard with great lighting. The new windows are incredibly sound proof. If I have the opportunity to stay in Laval again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”
