Hotel a North Springfield

“Nice people, responded immediately when I asked for a room change because of a bunch of wandering noisy teenagers on a field trip whose chaperones didn’t do their jobs.”

“When I first arrive I had checked in early. They was very helpful and let me do it free of charge. Took a shower and took a nap. Woke up used the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush. I let front desk know and they moved me to the room across the hall. Wonderful!!! I was there for 5 days. 4th day I took a shower and walked back in the bed area. Seen a black bug on my pillow. I instantly got pissed. Bed bug was on the pillow. Should’ve took a picture but I washed it off the pillow into the sink....

“The reviews were strong and the price was great but this place needs a major update. Furniture is severely worn and bathroom needs a renovation. Also, is the neighborhood that bad you need to keep the front door locked during the daytime? And you need your key card to use the elevator? It wasn’t worth the savings.”

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“very clean and updated room and property I loved the shuttle to the Harbor. plenty of free parking. staff was very pleasant. I definately enjoyed my stay. I WISH I COULDVE GOTTEN A HOT WAFFLE THOUGH. AN OH YEAH ITS CONVENENT TO PLENTY OF STORES FOOD LIQUOR GAS PIZZA SAFEWAY DOLLAR STORE RESTARAUNTS FAST FOOD ETC. I will come again and recommend”
