“The condo is exactly as described. The check-in was easy. The videos of the garage and how to enter secured buildings is very helpful. Host is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The building staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Convenient for grocery and wine runs! Even a Target within a block!The unit is low on flatware - not an issue for 2 of us, but would be for 3 or more occupants.”

“I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.”

“The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. “Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The property is conveniently located only 2.5 miles away from the hospital making it easy...

“We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was very convenient—having grocery stores and a Target right next door made errands easy. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer available during our stay.However, the unit had several drawbacks that impacted our comfort. The building is older, and the hallways had a persistent unpleasant smell. Inside the unit, the lighting was quite poor throughout the day, which made it difficult to work...
