“The ceiling/floors are very poorly insulated for sound so you hear every step from your neighbors above. It is so loud it almost seems amplified in the wall space. It's a shame because the hotel is otherwise nice. But this sound issue is so bad it is almost a joke. Completely unacceptable.”

“The elevator was painfully slow. The breakfast could be a better price. Other than that, the staff were very helpful. Room was fantastic. Very clean property. Would never know pets are allowed. All in all 9.7 out of 10. Will definitely use again when in the area on business again.”
