“Room was clean, staff were great and friendly and helpful. Although I didn’t eat at the restaurant the food looked good and it was always busy. I would stay here again if travelling to Chicago. The train station was close by and using the shuttle service was easy and efficient to get to and from the station.”

“The room and hotel were clean and the staff were friendly. There were restaurants close by and we were happy with our stay. The pool area was clean and my kids loved the pool. We did decide to get breakfast at the hotel restaurant and that was the only negative of our stay. It wasn’t cheap and almost all of our meals had elements missing and we weren’t told until the food arrived and we asked about it.
