“The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”

“I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do.”

“Always know the bedding will be comfortable and standard of cleanliness acceptable. Just wish there were more kitchen facilities,played,dishes cookware...some complimentary foil and foodwrap would be useful.. Parking is always a bonus ...”

“Our apartment was very clean and refreshed inside. Quiet and had a good view towards the ocean. The staff were very helpful. A big thankyou to (Michael?) who was very helpful in securing a vase and does an excellent job keeping the property immaculate. The outside pools/spa were good but starting to need a little upkeep in the future. A few extra kitchen tools are needed to help with cooking. Would definitely stay again.”

“Our room only had air con in lounge and was very noisy. Bedspread had huge burn hole insufficient blankets no pool towels and very basic kitchen”

“This hotel is located perfectly right in the heart of Broadbeach. The moment you walk out the door , you have eateries, restaurants, bars , clubs even a supermarket & chemist ALL within 200m !! The rooms are exceptionally clean, very friendly & helpful staff. A definite must stay if you're traveling on the Gold Coast. Will definitely visit again some day.”
