“It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote”

“Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

“clean room and pretty quite place but my check in was horrible. front desk attendant was a woman and I don't know her name but let's just say she is a person with no compassion or empathy for other humans. very very horrible person.”

“We arrived at the hotel and tried for 30 minutes to access the property. The construction surrounding the property prevented access. The hotel said to let the guard at the barricade know that we had a reservation. We couldn’t even get close enough to find a guard and it was dark out so we couldn’t see anything. The hotel would not refund my money so we ended up not getting a hotel for the night.”

“We had to ask for the pool to get cleaned since it was filled in mosquitoes. Then the food was running out for breakfast. Room was move.”

“my family and me got three rooms they were all supposed to have microwave and refrigerator not all rooms did the beds were supposed to be queens they weren't they didn't have hot water there were roaches crawl I the microwave and refrigerator the toilet seat was broke there was Holes in the wall the showers were nasty had hair everywhere and there was hair on one of the beds when we walked in they came by the room to see if we needed towels or anything this was the worst trip I've ever took...
