“Room dirty on arrival. Musty. Sticky floors, dirty blankets, dirty shower, old bar soap. Air conditioner rattled. Hot tub barely heated. Not enough towels and staff rude when we asked for more. Fire alarm went off at 1am for about 45 seconds.”

“The check in was a long wait 20-25 minutes. The room was dirty. The sheets had stains on them and the towels had stains on them. We spotted two roaches in the room. I arrived late so in the morning when I checked out, I made the staff aware of the room. The lady was willing to give another night for free. but I did not want to stay another night on a side-note there is a lot of construction in the area so there is a lot of banging in the middle of the night.
