“The bedding was absolutely nasty upon our arrival. We had to ask for all of it to be changed. Our second room smelled like an ashtray, despite it being a non-smoking room. The walls, floors, and bathrooms were dirty. I've not stayed in a dirty hotel like this in a very long time. The staff was amazing, though. I can imagine working in a run-down place like this is difficult on a daily basis. The breakfast was good with sizable portions. ”
