“My girlfriend is currently using a wheelchair. Unknowingly booked a room that was second floor in a terrible steep winding staircase that was impossible for her to get to. No elevator. Spoke with the motel clerk to simply cancel and he basically said to forget about that. Won’t happen. We’re currently fighting this. Also, the room was awful. 10ft by 5 ft with a tiny washroom containing a shower that no one would barely fit in. I just went upstairs to see what the room was like. Worse than a...
