“The room was very nice and worked great for us and our one night stay in Victoria. The staff were all so wonderful and polite. Breakfast was delicious, as was the afternoon tea that we also had. The staff were also so kind to let us keep our bags there after checkout while we did some final exploring before heading back to the ferry. There was a thermostat I could adjust when it was especially cold and windy outside. The staff were all lovely and every morning I enjoyed complementary coffee available downstairs.
