“The company managing the property only seemed interested in telling us about their requirement to make an arrangement to cover breakages at the property during our stay. We could either pay an insurance fee or a deposit which would be returned minus an administration fee 14 days after we vacated the property - why 14 days? There was no clear information about this requirement until after the booking was made, by which time we could not cancel. We assumed that due to the operation of a scheme...

“Absolutely beautiful apartment with a view to die for. There were so many lovely little personal touches in the apartment, that it’s hard to list them all but you really won’t be disappointed. I had good communication with the host and there’s plenty of valuable information in the apartment. The apartment itself was deceptively spacious and had amazing amenities- every kitchen appliance you may possibly need; a shower capsule that offered everything - radio, steam capsule or monsoon rain, or...

“Swan Studios is perfect when visiting family and friends. Its self contained so can come and go without worry. Rooms are clean with a fridge and microwave if needed. We have stayed here now on several occasions and the standard has been the same. Looking forward to our next stay”

“Lovely clean property with lots of space and rooms. Gardens beautiful and accessible with seating. Adults and children really enjoyed our stay however having tv in the reception rooms downstairs would have been ideal. Kitchen was really well stocked with cutlery And plates but there was no basics like salt pepper oil etc. Overall lovely family home. plat3s”

“The location does not do justice to the property as it was spotlessly clean and welcoming. A lot of thought had obviosuly gone into welcoming us and it added to our holiday knowing we were returning each day to such a comfortable place. We would like to mention the beds which are very comfortable, giving a good nights sleep, not always so. Don't hesitate to book this property.”

“Lovely flat in the centre of Berwick. We only used the car a couple of times as we could walk everywhere. Very relaxing flat I could sit and watch a seagull raising her young. Two grey balls of fluff. We also had a great view of the Coldstream Guards marching up the street and back again.”
