“Need a tv remote to be in the room when guests arrive. There was no menu to look at for dinner, plus I had to go up to the counter to get my wine refilled since the waitress was never coming to me. Breakfast should be served until 10 am. Other hotels serve breakfast until 10 am.”

“As for a clean rooms yes it was clean and I want my room to be clean but as for the staff at night no help & rude our tv wouldn’t work I think if you pay for a room you should have a tv & we received no help we were told maintenance would help in the morning. what good is help in the morning when we are leaving. How about a new room? A working tv? Something other than we can help in the morning!”

“The Star on Spring was one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed! It smelled amazing. Every detail had been thought of, even the towels and hairdryers were top of the line! They made our anniversary trip so special. The area around the hotel is such a cute, up and coming place area. Lots to do within a few blocks.
