“Everything was very clean and the location was wonderful. The big clae foot tib was a great added amenity. The heating however, was a minor issue. It did not work most of the first night we were there. We checked in around 6pm, and it took until around 2am for the studio to warm up to tolerable temperature. “Several issues impacted the experience and thus the value. Key access instructions overly complicated. The unit was cold upon arrival and took until 6-8hrs to hit room temp. The knob on the bedroom baseboard heater control was broken and a throw-blanket draped the baseboard behind the sofa. Glad we caught it. The TV's would not stay connected due to wifi signal issues. Reset router and TVs- no deal. Unable to utilize the TVs. The sofa is ready for heavy trash pickup, the cushions sinking...
