“We showed up at another local hotel at 10:30 at night with our pre-paid reservations, only to be told they had overbooked and nothing they could do. Although frustrating at the time as we were tired and hungry, we found the Courtyard by Marriott. The front staff was friendly, our room was spacious, beautiful and clean, and they made our bad luck turn into good luck by staying at a nicer hotel. ”

“The poor gal that checked me in was STRUGGLING, it took over 20 minutes to complete the process. We had a pet/non smoking room yet a whole group of people were right outside our door smoking. We were also placed in a section that seemed to be "full times tenants" they were working on their vehicle in the parking lot. Maybe put actual guests in a different section?! The room was clean and served it's purpose, just feel it would have been a better experience if there was thought put into room...
