Guest house a Northwest Washington

“Need a real coffee maker. The heater didn't work other than that bed was really comfortable bathroom clean great shower all together a decent place will consider coming back”

“Really enjoyed the stay the location and the reasonable price. Could be better as far cleaner a lot of hairs on walls, sheets had yellow stains and vents were very dusty. Host was very responsive.”

“Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...

“Nice and relaxing”

“The owner was super helpful until we actually had a problem- the WiFi was not showing up to connect to, and I messaged the owner and sent a screenshot like they asked and then they never responded. We were not able to use the tv since it required WiFi. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when we wanted to wind down for the night and watch something before bed. Also, generally the place seemed a bit run-down and kind of sad looking.”

“Centrally located with a hot tub to enjoy the cool Seattle evenings. Parking is not an issue as there was always a spot out front. Host has directions on all electronics with a very simple check in and out process that doesn't require you to strip bedding and doing laundry. Great week long stay!”

“This is a entirely communal space just fyi, you can’t use the kitchen after quiet hours and the bathroom isn’t connected to the room. On top of all of this I had to get another hotel because I couldn’t get into the bathroom and had been on the road for hours and it was 2am! I was granted no refund of any sort for this error so choose this place wisely”

“Clean Kind/helpful owner”

The other guest, well you would know they are there. There were dishes in the sink overnight, (pet peeve of mine) and the 3rd floor people..... (kind of noisy). The home is in a nice area with a park and University right down the street. The unit is most suitable for students. If youre a singke traveler, this compares to a hostel. I was...
