“We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! Down to the lack of basic kitchen items (coffee maker, salt/pepper, sharp knife) and the cheapest hangers imaginable (that don't have hooks, so you can't steal them--as if!), and pillows that were ancient and barely pancake-thick, and a hair dryer that faintly hummed (where did they find such poor items?), it was a sub-par experience.
