“The check in experience was fantastic and they drove us to our cabin. Our stay was marred by a subpar bathroom experience. The shower leaked everywhere. The shower stand was wobbly. Yet when I had hotel staff check they made it seem as if this was an issue but they didn't fix. So we had to deal with a sopping wet floor the entire time. Very unpleasant. The picture doesn't quite capture the issue. ”

“I love the view here! I am a Malaysian and travelling with my sister. The bed is so comfy and so clean. Oh yeah, it looks quite small in picture but in reality it fits just fine. They have extra sofa bed in rook just in case you want to have extra bed space. They speaks limited english, but you can use translate. There are motorbike rental service as well for 130,000 vnd per day. I wish coffee and other condiments are provided for free. We ate a few of it and we need to pay hehe ”

“My say at the nature, Hotel has been one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. Every aspect of the hotel is relaxing, i.e., the scenery, the furnishings interior decorating. It is also located near a number of excellent restaurants and around the corner from Crazy House which is a must say”

“Very classy hotel and extremely good service. Coincidentally my parents stay here for their honeymoon in 1960. It’s been beautifully updated, but still has a very French history and charm to it. Also has a great view of the lake. Very peaceful place to stay coming from Saigon. ”
