“House keeping failed to clean our room when requested to do so. No teaspoons in the room with tea/coffee making amenities. Reception staff were helpful and courteous. Overall a basic stay hotel close to shopping centre and good off street parking”

“We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony. The unit was very clean and we had all the necessary amenities to use that made for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen, living room with TV and Foxtel, balcony etc. The unit is handy for the local shopping mall and train station to the city. It is also a good gateway to Puffing Billy, Healesville and the Yarra Valley by car. We checked in and out outside of normal reception time and it was a very easy process with great instructions. “Please clean rooms thoroughly before staying. Also the place needs a deep clean, and new lick of paint. The beds are alright but need to present better with headboards. There was thick dust in all the vents, and ontop of dryers and washing machine. I'm glad I brought my own kettle to say the least! The concierge guy was great! And he was really kind and helpful”
