“The room was spacious and comfortable enough. Had everything I needed for a simple night. Parking was free in the parking garage on request. There was a long corridor in the bedroom section which was unused space - perhaps meant for a desk? But there was no desk there so it seemed like a strange wasted space. I was on a rear-facing ground floor room and the outside area was small, had a chain link fence and rubbish along the fence line so was somewhat unappealing. I would suggest requesting...

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and you're in a nice quiet location with surrounding bushland. Highly recommend, especially if you're travelling on a budget as it's so well priced. Will definitely stay again.”

After a sleepless night with a squealing air conditioner I requested a refund or new room via text as there is no one onsite and no one answered the phone. “The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne.
