“Room was supposed to be a balcony room. It opened up on the roof of the floor below. I could climb over the rail and walk around on the roof. Terrible and not a real balcony. We choose a room with one for a reason. Room was set to 52 degrees so it was freezing upon entry. Other then that and it was a good stay ”

“The overall stay was okay, but the beds were very uncomfortable. They were quite hard, and you could feel the springs, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.”
