“Abbiamo chiesto di fare la camera, ma non è stata fatta, al che abbiamo chiesto almeno di avere degli asciugamani, ma non ne avevano più. Ed erano le 5 del pomeriggio. La notte urla e schiamazzi fino alle 3am. ”

“Hotel con tante stanze non adeguatamente segnalate, non è semplicissimo trovare la tua stanza se non è collocata nell'edificio principale. Check in esaustivo. Stanza grande con forniture buone per un viaggio on the road. Colazione in una sala piccola affollata. Dicrete le proposte della colazione.”

“Day and night staff were delightful except housekeeping who didn’t have a single person who spoke English. Breakfast so so. Bed comfy. Towels heavenly! Great location and great price for our stay. I’ll definitely stay here again! ”

“Didn’t stay had one night And when I tried to stay an Extra night never got a response Just not available. So, when I checked out. Asked about it. The guy came out of the back and told the person checking us out. They didn’t have the same room. Would have been helpful to have said that. Didn’t even ask if there was another one available. Or message back. Probably won’t be back. ”

“We had a wonderful time there. The staff was kind especially enjoyed the customer service of the dinning staff. Would definately go again. ”

“The staff was great. There as some tissue and trash behind each nightstand that we only saw because we had to move nightstands to plug in our phone charger. Other than that the room was clean. The in door/outdoor pool and hot tub were both clean and relaxing. We would stay here again.”
