If you want to relax, come and go as you want, eat homemade fantastic breakfasts and enjoy peace and quiet, this is it. Old west ambiance coupled with amazing customer service. A horse, chickens(in a coop) and a goat are outdoor residents. Darlene and Phil were Amazing hosts!”

“Location is excellent. Parking is fine, Staff is fine, restaurant staff is better than lobby. Good Value would stay again but does have its quirks: Gym is extremely hot and humid due to being next to the pool. No safe in the room, and if you get a city (freeway view) you will hear every 18-wheeler, motorcycle and fast and furious driver all night long. Even though I was on the 11th floor.”

“The staff, especially the nice hostess/manager at check in. She went above and beyond to do her best to make me feel like a matter. I needed a cup that fit the lids in the breakfast area and she tore the place apart looking for the cup, and she found it. Most places just say sorry and don't make the effort. She did. She made me feel like a mattered. ”

“Ac unit was loud. Parking is trash. Plus an additional$12 for parking!? When you can’t even park near your room!? Paying $12 to park IN the hotel parking lot is stupid. Just add $15 to your over all price. Also, the HOLD they put on your card ($150) in addition to the room!? What a joke. Total was$350, and I had to wait 3 days for the bank to “release” the hold. I will never stay there again. ”

“Holiday Inn and Suites Old Town Albuquerque is situated close to Old Town but not in Old Town. The property is located close to the freeway for easy access. The Pueblo Cultural Museum is right across the street. The property has a Starbucks, Dominoes, burger place and two bars adjacent. Rooms are clean and large. Breakfast served daily with a good selection of hot entrees. ”
