“Clean room Excellent shower/bath. had a refrigerator but missing a microware. Staff was very helpful”

“Clean and comfortable. The desk staff were friendly and efficient. The price was right. The room was quiet. It's a great location, away from traffic, but very near the airport.”

“Very well appointed and comfortable rooms.”

“Great hotel . Cannot recommend it enough!”

“AC was not working in the room, so they brought us a portable AC in middle of night that also stopped working as well. We told the desk we were sweating and were hot all night and had no AC and they only would give us about $5 credit in rewards points was the best they said they could do! Paid extra for this room for balloon fiesta and was miserable with no resolution from staff on the issue.”

“The 2-BR was perfect for our two generation family.”

“Front desk lady was super rude”

“It was often difficult to find staff at the front desk. We visited during Hot Air Balloon Fiesta week. Extraordinary price increase. There were seldom towels at the pool. Two hours after notifying the front desk, there were still no towels at the pool. Approx 30 ppl in the pool, mostly children, and no towels. We had to request additional rolls of TP. The food in the restaurant was very good, but the service was not. Ordered bacon multiple days, but never received. Had to ask for silverware...
