“The pool area was really small. It was only 4 feet. The cushions on the furniture in the area were dirty. I highly recommend removing the cushions. The hotel has no seating or lounge area other than the lobby. I would have loved to sit in area and enjoy the Hawaii views. No transportation to local stops was a huge disappointment. I don’t recommend the location for first time visitors to Hawaii. The staff are great and the breakfast was great. It just lacks amenities and location”

“I have been staying at the Sheraton Waikīkī for years and have never been disappointed. This time was a bit different. I was very disappointed that both of your outdoor jacuzzi’s were not working properly. One had no jets that worked ( yes I turned it on) the other one had only one jet that worked. Very disappointed. Also, I don’t know who redid the bathrooms, but the shower head was on the wall facing the shower curtain, absolutely ridiculous, as the floor was covered in water every shower. I...
