“Very impressed with this hotel! Nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The room was a generous size with plenty of places to lay all our stuff. Room was clean, bed was comfy. WiFi was not the greatest. Breakfast was hot, selection was great! Located near plenty of shopping and restaurants. ”

“Clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was too firm.....very hard to sleep on that mattress. But that seems to be a Hampton Inn trait......my last 3 stays at 3 separate places we're the the same”

“Property is in need of repairs and better cleaning for sure. Vanity light above mirror didn't work. Bathroom door wouldn't close(door hits on floor). Found lots of hairs in places, especially in Bathroom area. Shower areas with sealant had mildew. Area of trim in Bathroom missing portions. Night staff wasn't friendly at all(on personal laptop in the breakfast eating area) Afternoon desk employee was super nice, helpful, and cheerful!”

“This hotel is very nice. We had a king double room. Very large, well equipped and in good repair. Only slight mark down is for the construction (painting) that was going on. I would stay here again a without doubt. Great stop for two nights while watching a concert in Knoxville. Staff were excellent and friendly. ”

“The layout of the room must have been someone's first attempt. To go to the bathroom, you had to navigate a space about 18" wide between the bed and the wall. The bathroom was so small that you had to shift around the toilet to close the door. The room had a total slapped-together feel, and this for how much money? Overall, find another place”

“Breakfast was not good. Cleaning services should not be trying to clean rooms at 9am on a Saturday! Needs water stations! Not a memorable hotel unfortunately”

“This is a great stop for our drive between Florida and Michigan. We’ve stopped here a few times and we’ve always enjoyed our stay. This time we were on the fourth floor last room on the highway side, it was pretty noisy in the room from the highway noise. So next time we do stay, I would ask for a room at the other end of the hotel.”
