“This is a lovely little boutique hotel, walking distance from all of Niagara-on-the-Lake's restaurants, shops, and theaters. It was pricey, but the service was some of the best I've had at any hotel. Staff was always available, always friendly, and unexpectedly down-to-Earth. The rooms are spacious, and the divided areas in the bathroom means that two people can easily use the sink and shower space at the same time. The daily wine and cheese reception was a nice touch.”

“The Sterling was amazing!!!! If you come to the Canada side for Niagara Falls, please do yourself a favor and stay here. They have a STEAM shower in the room. WHAT!!!! So nice to take a steam shower after a long fun day at the falls. The staff here were absolutely amazing. Friendly, informative, and just all around great. The AG restaurant downstairs also amazing. The room was so quiet except for the fireworks at 10pm. Not the hotels fault though. The have complementary breakfast the is...

“We were there for 5 nights to tour niagra. We had to leave early to get our dog from a kennel early. The manager was excellent in helping us with our needs. The front desk did multiple runs in anything we needed, helped with a noisy neighbor ect. Very clean! Felt at home! Great beds!”
