“The pool was closed. For me, the bed after the second night made my lower back hurt so bad that sleeping on the couch at a relatives house was the only thing that helped. Room service showed up at 8:30am. We were supposed to be staying for 6 nights so I'm not sure why they were trying to clean a room so early. If hotel is going to pre-set thermostat, this should be disclosed at registration or in room description.
