Must be newly renovated the bathroom looked brand new beds were comfortable, pillows fluffy. .Extremely well maintained the staff was friendly and helpful gave us great suggestions for shopping and excursions. Breakfast had plenty of options. Honestly can’t say anything bad about our stay. Will definitely be back ”

“When we checked in they gave us the key’s to the room that they had assigned us, as soon as we entered, the room wasn’t ready, the furniture was very dirty. Even after giving us another room, it also came out to be dirty. Terrible experience.”

“I really enjoyed the size of our room for a family, we had the suite with 2 bedrooms. It was a comfortable bed and we slept well. You can hear the rooms around you- so there's not much soundproofing, and we heard the people upstairs walking around quite a lot. But, our room wasn't very clean. It was "prepared" as you'd expect, with made beds and empty trash cans, but it was just not clean. Especially the floors, I wish i had a vacuum and a mop to clean myself.”

“The breakfast was better than expected as I was told it would be continental. It wasn't. Meat, eggs, waffles, oatmeal. Really a full breakfast. Staff was friendly. Quiet as well.”

“Bedding and bathroom floors were clean. However, the carpet in the main room was not clean. The breakfast was good.”

“I felt very unsafe at this location. My room was towards back of property. When I entered the back door with a sign saying for your safety this door is kept locked at all times. Ironic as the latch was broken off and the door did not latch in any way!! I did get the very helpful housekeeping manager Jennifer to move me to the front of the building closer to the front desk and I bring my own security lock when traveling. I stayed the 1 night but if you’re traveling by yourself I don’t recommend...

“The place was gross! Floor was slippery, like it had never been mopped. There was a cockroach in my room. The shower was filthy.”

“When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

“The room was livable but had several problems. The fridge was frosted to the point of not working. The pool area had a trash can that was full for three days. The staff was friendly enough but when a noise issue was reported their actions was ineffectual.”
