Questa graziosa residenza 3 BR 2 BA è a solo mezzo isolato dalla spiaggia ed è il luogo perfetto per la tua prossima vacanza! Acquistati di recente, i nuovi proprietari hanno fatto molti aggiornamenti tra cui l'aggiunta di nuovi arredi, TV, ripiani, armadi dipinti e pavimenti. La casa dispone di una cucina completa e ha tutto il necessario per cucinare dei soldi risparmiando pasti a casa. C'è una lavastoviglie, lavatrice / asciugatrice, aria condizionata centralizzata, TV in ogni camera e, naturalmente, WI-FI gratuito. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e ci sono due letti singoli in ciascuna delle altre due camere da letto. Un divano letto queen è nel soggiorno. Questa casa su 2 livelli ti offre un sacco di spazio per distendersi!

Situata in posizione centrale sulla 75a strada, questa casa offre un comodo accesso a tutto ciò che Ocean City ha da offrire, incluso l'accesso alla Route 90 per i viaggi verso West OC, Berlino e Salisbury. Awesome location

Our entire family loved the location of this property. The balcony was great. We definitely enjoyed sitting outside together. We were also very close to many great restaurants and amenities. The main living area was alittle small but would definitely consider staying in this property again.

Perfect location

Perfect location, 1/2 block from the beach, 2 parking spots! Quality beach chairs and umbrella for use. My only complaint not really a complaint is the softness of the bed. Soft is not my preference. Will consider again for next year!

Great location

We Had our teenage kids and it was perfect distance to the beach and centrally located. Well kept place and I appreciate the noise machines in the bedrooms and that hand soaps and shampoos were available to use.

There was plenty of room in this property. However it could use some updating. The carpeting especially on the stairs is very stained. The furniture in the living room is very difficult to sit on. Basic cleanliness is lacking

Nice place to stay worked out well.

Needed a place to stay for a few days and was able to rent this place last minute. Close to the beach and found a new place to eat right across the street at Saltwater 75.

Property as advertised

The proper is in a great location and as advertised. The electronic door lock is a great idea and was the best “check in” process. Unit was clean and well kept. Our family of 5 had more than enough space. The storage unit in the parking space for beach items was great and it was a pleasant surprise to find multiple items to use on the beach. I will be saving this listing and plan to rent again.

Perfect property

This property is perfect for a family of 5 adults. Everything is well maintained. There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Beach access is great and the location is nice and quiet. The outside storage unit is a bonus...save on lugging things to the beach every day.

Storage closet was a major plus!!

We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Teal 4. The property is a bit more run down that the photos imply but it looks like they are updating a little at a time which is great. The entrance through the courtyard was great since it felt a bit safer than having your entrance face a public road. There is also a storage unit for all of your beach gear so that you don't have to lug it up to the condo or keep it in your car - this was our first year with that (our family has come to OC every year for 30 years) and it was a MAJOR plus in our books. Kept the condo from getting cluttered and the car from getting smelly. There was a mix up with the code to get in when we arrived but the property manager was able to help us get that figured out. There didn't seem to be a process for a lost storage unit key (we found it before we left - lol) so that was a bit stressful. All in all, it was a nice place to stay for a beach week.

Very easy to work with the rental management company and access to the rental and receiving our linens. Great place for two teens and a tween to enjoy, especially being close to the beach and shopping at Quiet Storm Surf Shop.

Great weekend spot

Very good spot to spend a long weekend. Plenty of space for the group and an awesome deck. The short walk to the beach and ease of parking were definitely the two biggest selling points for us returning. Thanks for a great weekend!

Fantastic Girls Weekend!

Had a fantastic Girls Weekend at this property! The location was great and perfect for what we were looking for! It was only a few steps to the beach. The place was clean and comfortable. It was also within walking distance to a few restaurants. Neighbors in the same complex were friendly. The property manager was available for questions. The check in and check out process was super easy. It was also very easy to get in and out of the place. There was a little parking garage under the units. We brought our own towels and linen. Would stay again!

Perfect for a Mature Girls Trip Weekend

Cinnamon Teal was the perfect spot for our girls trip weekend. It was clean, neat, well kept and only a few steps from the beach. David provided more than what was advertised. The things that we forgot to get from the store were already there. It was well stocked. All 6 of the ladies felt at home and safe. We had such a good time that we've decided to do the "Girls Trip" every year! Hopefully this place will be available for us!

Perfect location

The property was in a perfect location, just a few steps to the beach and the local restaurants. The unit was clean and was exactly as pictured & described. David answered calls on demand and the neighbors are friendly. There was no shortage of common household items there. They had everything we needed except linens (you can rent them). Which we brought from home. The rooms were a nice size and one even had a Wii. My only complaints ...the master bed was a full size and it was uncomfortable to sleep on and the shower needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, the unit was spectacular. My family enjoyed their accommodations as well. We appreciated the decorations and how informative and friendly David was.
