“Very clean, two minute to the beach, and very nice pool! Only downside is no wi-fi and you can't hook up a console or streaming device to watch streaming apps. Also wish there was more parking. Thankfully we were always able to get to a spot before it was full but late night goers may struggle. Definitely a nice spot for those who don't care about that stuff and close to the beach.”

“This hotel is a complete disaster. For over $300 a night, I expected a clean room, but it was a disgusting mess. The bathroom was filthy, the shower curtain was disgusting, and the toilet was cracked. The tub and shower were almost rotting, with pieces of the fiberglass enclosure chips pulled off. To turn the shower water on it was almost like a puzzle. It honestly felt disgusting.

“Very nice people run Kokomo! Rooms are nice and colorful. I was pleased with my stay last summer. My room had a recently remolded bathroom which was very nice with tile and walk in shower! Plenty of parking. Nice and safe short walk to beach and a beer and deli across the highway. I plan to stay there again. I also added at night into my stay and they didn’t give me any trouble with changing rooms!

“We arrived on a Friday night. It’s busy with many people checking in. Saturday morning the in room coffee pot doesn’t work. We tried to call the front desk but the phone doesn’t work. Parking lot was suitable and staff were very attentive and helpful on the phone for check in and out and well as any questions we had during our stay.
