GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely Neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour.
Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavor to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforeseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. Stays longer than 2 weeks will incur a mandatory housekeeping service for an additional fee-please check what this is before booking. Failure to accept this after check in will be seen as a breach of the house rules and may result in termination of your booking without refund.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our Neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

Really well equipped townhouse in a very convent location near shops and parkland. Sometimes the beds in these places are rubbish - not the case here! Pillows and beds and bedding are very comfortable! Not super close to the surf beach - 10-15 min walk - or a short drive to surf beach or Barwon heads river mouth but that’s a-ok. Gas fireplace a soothing touch too. I note the only hitch was the dryer wasn’t working effectively so we put the clothes in front of the fireplace. Not much outdoor space either but fortunately very close to park. Great spot!

Cleanliness was top tier, had all utilities necessary, great access to shopping and is also very close to the property and the host was very responsive and very nice! would definitely stay again

Our family of four stayed here for 3 nights over the long weekend & enjoyed our time very much. The house was gorgeous, very clean & in a great quiet location. It was walking distance to the Main Street & we even walked to the main beach one day. The host included kitchen staples & added small touches that were very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable, house felt cosy & air con was fantastic over 3 days of very warm weather.The use of the double garage was handy & there is a turntable to help manoeuvre the car in & out of it. The kids had upstairs to themselves which they loved & the bamboo feature inside the house was impressive. We would definitely look at staying here again on a return visit to Ocean Grove.
