Since we were given a non-accessible room, we had to go upstairs and my husband has health issues that make stairs difficult, but we made do.”

“The hotel is located right on the river walk. We had a beautiful 2 queen bed room. It is exceptionally well kept, clean & comfy. The staff are super friendly & accommodating. We were with a big group & every time we went outside Sara our server would come out, light the fire table & start the fountain. She was very attentive & a wonderful server. You never had to go look for her. She took amazing care of us. The breakfast was above & beyond. The entire staff were friendly & accommodating. ...
