“Wonderful getaway to the beach in the off season. Very peaceful and comfortable condo! I would rent this again!Note...the ratings asked about a winery which was not a part of this location. I gave it a 5 because everything else for the place and location were great!”

“We had an AMAZING stay! The house was absolutely perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. Eric & Wendy's property is clean, comfortable, and had a plethora of fun games for the kids & adults to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and exactly what we VT'ers prefer. I would highly recommend this to families visiting the area. We wish we had booked a longer stay! Well worth the price, location,and convenience to area attractions. ”

“My son and family joined us with an 8 yr old and 18 mon old. There was plenty of room for all of us. My grandson who decided to join is at the last min stands 6ft 3 and had a doorway issue but dealt with it-The girls had a blast in the “classroom”.we were served pretend food- entertained us with a puppet show - read stories and loved the play yard. “We had a great stay - the cottage is clean, large, and quiet in a nice location. Close to walk to the beach and convenient to head downtown for restaurants and shopping. Communication was always quick and very helpful. Would love to come back and stay again in the future!”

“We loved our stay here.. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The location of the house was perfect. We loved the view of the ocean. The house was exactly as described/shown in the pictures. Since we fly into Maine, we especially appreciate that bed linens/beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella are provided. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! ”
