John was a terrific host and answered all questions very quickly. The location was equally situated between the Wells and Ogungquit beaches and made it easy to get to all the attractions. This is a great home base for a family vacation. ”

“We loved our visit and appreciated how close the location was to long sands beach. Mt Agamenticus, Short Sands beach and kittery were all a very easy drive, as is ogunquit. The property is recessed from the main road and the neighborhood is very quiet, so you won’t run into the crowds and noise that you will experience in other locations.
