The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. “Nastiest Hotel I have ever stayed at. Came in to checked in then went to an event. Came back later around midnight to realize that I had a single bed vs double I booked. There was no towel at all like nothing. Bed stains on the sheets… I asked for another room and they said they didn’t have anything else. I asked for towels they said they did not do their laundry so I would have to wait in the morning. In the morning there was still no towels or anyone in the hallway to provide towels. Went to...

“Non smoking room. When you walked into lobby you could smell smoke. Slight smell in room. Couldn't work heat unit. It was dirty. Shower faucet was loose and falling off. Never again. Could hear neighbors tv all night. Never again.”
