“I wish I had gotten the staff members name, but when we ordered a DoorDash after a concert we attended and it was delivered to the wrong address, the staff member was so kind and helpful. She walked over to the address it was delivered to with me and walked back with me. I was so thankful for her kindness! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and convenient for our one night stay for a concert.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, inside and out. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea when we got there and when we left. The room was renovated and clean with lots of towels and it was nice there were large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. I never have enough conditioner in hotels but this one was great. There was a fridge and microwave which was convenient to reheat our pizza and left overs. All in all great stay and would recommend staying here if in the area. ”

“Nice hotel, check in was easy and the clerk efficient and courteous. Room was comfortable but hallways were stuffy and had an occasional fowl odor. Breakfast was good but I will say one of the people serving looked miserable and not wanting to be bothered. Fitness room was a touch above average. Microwave did not work and maintenance said it was repaired buy the only function working was the fan.”

“This hotel staff are above and beyond. The room was super clean. The staff were very professional and nice. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was great and clean. The cleaner came by to ask if we needed fresh towels. I would def recommend this hotel. I read mixed reviews before I stayed here about the neighborhood or hard beds. The beds were fine and the neighborhood was close to where we had to be so, it was great. I didnt see any issue with location anyhow. ”

“The unit was clean and relatively nice. However, thats the only pros. Before getting to even stay, I was sent messages from Jungle House claiming that we need to pay a security deposit, outside of what we already paid to hotels.com. This was a bit odd, but I clarified with them and paid the security deposit. I was told as long as there was no damage I would receive the full refund. House was left in perfect shape, and I only received a partial refund of my deposit for a "cleaning fee". They...
