“Amazing staff and amenities. Only complaint was the pool isnt heated which is fine but was freezing and there was dried food stuck to the hotel room floor. Other than that perfect stay.”

“Everything was great except the beds, they have not been flipped or rotated in a long time. The usual sitting and sleeping spots on the bed are overly soft, like you sink nearly to the box spring and if you turn or lean over you nearly fall right out the bed. We thought it may have just been the type of bed but the outer side of both beds are much more solid. Other than that our stay was very good.”

“Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. It's radiant heat with no way to control it. They have a fake thermostat for a central air furnace on the wall, but it does nothing. “I am not a complainer, by any means, but I cannot NOT post about our experience at this motel. We booked this motel at the last minute for a one-night stay in Saginaw this past weekend, based on price point and reading all the reviews online. The reviews were completely inaccurate. At check-in, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude; we apparently interrupted her by checking in (at 3:00 in the afternoon). We paid our $70 and got our key, and she waved us onto our room. “I was put in a handicapped room I did not request. The TV did not work. Called the front desk and a woman came down to check the TV. This is when she admitted the hotel knew there was a problem with the TV but did not bother to tell me before checking in. The room was like an icebox when I arrived.
