“We checked in the evening. The person at the front desk did not give us any assistance on issues we had. The room and breakfast were good.”

“There are two people who provided great customer service Raymond and Aundra!!! This was a horrible place to stay no housekeeping or clean sheets and not towel replacements!!!! The front desks has wrong notes and training to provide great customer service, the GM has horrible customer service I will never stay at this location again, it seems they can’t keep workers at this location just horrible”

“If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep this is okay but bring your own cleaning supplies because it is not clean. This place could definitely use a DEEP clean, the carpets look very dirty. Our room was not very clean but supposedly “we arrived early” even though check in time was 2 o’clock when we arrive we were told it was actually 3, they said to give them 15 minutes and our room would be ready.. we sat and watched them and the only thing they did was replace bedding, towels, and...

“The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!”

“L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”

“The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable! Linda and Jennie helped with food service and made us feel like family! We had our bikes on the back of our car and felt safe leaving them unlocked in the secure parking garage. Everything was clean with a fun polka vibe.”
