“The front lobby was extremely hot.Booked room on Expedia unable to cancel front desk not helpful at all tried to cancel before time given booked room after 12 not put in the system until after 3p i tried to cancell just all over a bad experience”

“The room was super clean - the entire hotel was clean. The staff was friendly - especially Art. He was extremely helpful!! The beds were comfortable, ample parking & the a/c worked well. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but it smelled great!”

“They were having some renovations during our stay. We were not bothered by that but I do believe there was an impact on the Happy Hour. The 3 nights were were there the Happy Hour was the worst I have ever had at a Drury. Constantly running out of various items, no one checking timely to ensure guests didn't have to wait for food. Lack of staff to run bar and food.”

“Sa;rah at the front desk gave us a lovely room at the end of the hallway. It was amazing for the view and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay,. Elijah made a very nice espresso martini that we sipped while watching the sun set over the river. ”

“I have been sick from the smell in this entire hotel that evening - going to dr again tomorrow for the cough I can’t get rid of”

“L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”
