“It is an OK hotel if you have the spend the night close to the airport, but that's just about it. The hotel offers a "free shuttle service" from the airport, which is kind of a joke. I had to wait almost one hour to get a ride when i arrived and on the return trip to the airport, the day after, the driver asked "vividly" for a tip. If you use Grab it is a 150 pesos ride (a little bit more than 2 euros), which i strongly suggest. It is gonna be faster, more efficient and hassle free. The room...

“It’s a really good place to stay very classy”

“Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.”

“I thought I had booked a room with breakfast included but I was not provided with breakfast and there were no towels in the room. ”

“The over all was really super! Nice room & clean. Friendly staff. The hotel secure & decent. Location is accessible. The transportation is also easy to access.”

“The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. However, wifi is terrible and I called about it in the front desk but they hurriedly told me it will be restarted. Nothing happened. I stayed 2 nights and there is no wifi. Altho, it has great location. But better hotels around the area were cheaper and better choice. Also, airbnb is also available around the area with good wifi.”

“All the staff were courteous and helpful, and room was clean. However, the hotel room ironing board was not well maintained. There were stains on the board, and cushion on the board was super thin likely due to overuse. For a 5-star luxury hotel, I’d expect better maintenance even for an ironing board.
