“It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic. "Very convenient location if your flight arrive late at terminal 3. Easy to access and quite at night. Rooms are good, rooftop bar and pool very nice but we could not test them as it closed at 10 PM and we arrived later."
