“The breakfast bar was fantastic. Overall a pleasant stay; however, the toilet was only 12 inches high, I'm 6ft 4 in and 67 yrs old, quiet the challenge. Be prepared to pay $20/night to park! This is the first time I have ever paid to park at a hotel where I have booked a room (you would think it would be included).”

“This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay. Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. “Can't climb stairs”

“Room was clean and the property well-located. Vending machines did not work. One had to walk next door to a convenience store. Kind of a two-star place, but good enough for me!”

“The hotel was very, very bad. Very unclean. There are outside tile steps up to office. Many were loose and falling apart. You should not even have this hotel on your list. I have never seen anything like this.”

“The room was clean and the staff were helpful the balcony had a nice view and the air conditioning was great. But the bath floor had a soft spot next to the bath tub and pieces of wood from the door were falling off. The place could use a face lift.”

“Pool area had reduced usage times and there was no hot tub as advertised. Staff on property were approachable but only going directly to and from property entrance. Property in general had obviously suffered significant storm or related damage at some point. Construction scaffolding substituted for stairways on beachfront side of 2 of 3 units. Advertised property exercise room evidently had been eliminated 2 or 3 years previously according to maintenance staff. Security entrance gate was...

“No desperdicies tu tiempo y tu dinero en esta propiedad, mi experiencia fue pesima,pero el personal de expedia fue tan habil que pudieron reubicarme despues de que ellos me ofrecieran un cuarto sucio y al no aceptarlo me negaron el servicio... por favor no te dejes llevar por las fotos tan bonitas de su publicidad....el hotel en persona es horrible,hay oxido y moho por doquier. “The elevator doors need to be wiped clean daily. The microwave in the breakfast area needs to be kept clean. Also, I noticed a guy who I know was not a guest, drive up to hotel and park… walked straight to the breakfast area. Helped himself to a topped plateful of food/orange juice and left… I brought this to the attn to the young man whose name was “Rush”…he acted surprised. Needs to be off cell and be more watchful. “Nice and clean room”

“Front desk personnel was very friendly. They're was no problem checking in or out. The room was spacious and fully equipped.”

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and living room. It was very clean and and well stocked with utensils and other basic necessities in the kitchen. The lady managing the breakfast area was very efficient and personable. Overall the hotel amenities are great . A few negatives - the breakfast was quite bad. The housekeeping for the room was only once in three days as per hotel policy. I asked them to clean the room after two days and they did not do it .”
