“Mancano attrezzature per pulire il pavimento. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere alla reception un aspirapolvere che ci è stato fornito e portato direttamente in appartamento. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La zona è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e nei pressi della struttura c'è un piccolo supermercato ben fornito. ”

“Stanza ampia e molto pulita. Complimenti alla ragazza del housekeeping è stata attenta scrupolosa nella pulizia e molto gentile. Non posso dire lo stesso deI personale della reception che è stato veramente scortese e poco professionale.Non mi aspettavo un livello così basso di servizio in un Novotel a 4 stelle. ”

“Our group of 3 adults stayed in the family room and was happy with the hotel. The room and bathroom had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but for one night it was fine. The location of this hotel is great access for Kew gardens and Richmond area with such a nice area to walk around. The pub downstairs was lovely with great staff and delicious food. The street noise at night was a little loud on the first floor facing the street but didn’t bother us. Overall...

“GROUND FLOOR WINDOW PRIVACY - Room totally as expected, no issue. However we were staying in a ground floor room and there were no net curtains or a window privacy film so we had to have the curtains shut during day light.”

“The room was clean and had everything needed. The hotel was very well situated and excellent value for money. Bathrooms were very clean and modern. WiFi was excellent. For the money it fantastic value.”

“L'albergo è bello, la stanza (una tripla) ampia pulita e ben arredata. Buona la colazione. Anche se la posizione e" un po' decentrata la metro dista soli 5 min. a piedi. Da lì si raggiunge poi ogni punto di attrazione. Con il personale praticamente non abbiamo mai interagito , quindi non saprei dare un giudizio. ”
