“The hotel was well situated - up a private road and on the river. The balcony view from the bar area was. beautiful. I was in a standard room, but it was a decent size with a bath - something I was relieved about. The staff were all very friendly and helped with storing my stuff after checkout before going to the airport. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. ”

Abbiamo subito segnalato l'errore ma solo dopo due giorni a seguito di una nostra ulteriore richiesta di chiarimenti ci e' stata assegnata con molte scuse una camera del tipo richiesto (ma con wi fi non funzionante) e, a titolo di risarcimento, abbiamo avuto la colazione pagata per tre giorni. "Fantastico hotel per soggiornare con la famiglia! Personale super cortese e disponibile, i ragazzi della reception sono meravigliosi pronti ad aiutarvi in ogni modo! La stazione metro Hammersmith è a 3 minuti a piedi e se atterrate ad Heathrow potete prenderla per arrivare direttamente in hotel!

But I had to ask to clean the room twice, it was full of dust everywhere, and in the bathtub there was some hair. "Struttura praticamente nuova, personale tutto giovane e cordiale, camera piccolina ma confortevole, colazione ottima, struttura molto silenziosa, sebbene ci fossero parecchi clienti, non si sentivano rumori o suoni dalle camere vicine, la via è molto tranquilla e poco transitata, la stazione della metro si trova a 300 metri, il centro si trova a 7/8 fermate dal metro, facilmente raggiungibile, lo consiglio vivamente.

"La struttura si trova ad Earls Court, l’angolo vibrante della più privata Kensington, ad un minuto dalla fermata di metro e di diverse linee di bus che collegano tutta la città.
Pub, supermercati e ristoranti sono tutti vicinissimi. La colazione è ricca e perfetta per iniziare la giornata, le stanze sono abbastanza ampie soprattutto per gli standard londinesi e sono luminose con le finestre che fanno entrare la luce. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile, hanno anche trovato un trasferimento all’aeroporto al prezzo più basso possibile per noi. Raccomando questa struttura a chi vuole visitare Londra senza necessariamente spendere un capitale. "

Ottima anche la posizione, in una via meravigliosa residenziale e tranquilla ma nonostante ciò comodissima vista l’immediata vicinanza alla stazione di Earl’s Court. Ci avevano anche chiamato dicendoci di aver dimenticato un paio di cuffie wireless in stanza (in realtà non erano nostre), questo a confermare l’onestà del posto. Stra consigliato. "
