“This property charges a 19% resort fee. I asked why and was told it was for the "pool, etc". The pool was closed. There was no hot water in the morning. The lampshade was marred with some sort of burn mark. The interior lock on the door did not work. When I first checked in, my room key would not work; there was a big kurfuffle before they found me another room. The room was noisy. I have stayed here every single time I have come to Bend for 25 years. No more. ”

Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room.
