“Nothing special about this Hotel, think they spelled the name wrong... I would say Sparse”

“I am handicapped so I had a handicapped room, but it was on the fourth floor, and it was a rather long walk. The staff was extremely helpful when we couldn’t figure out the shower. The knobs were not labeled so we didn’t know which turned on what, but it got figured out and I do need to mention that Rockeyea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal lots of choices. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Nice location and secure. The room met our expectations. While it was obvious that staff existed, they were not actually seen. We checked in and out via a kiosk, which offered no problem. The room was in excellent condition. A chair was obviously old, dingy, and had the look that a cat had used it. It was a convenient pet-friendly environment (no issues for our dog!). “We love the location and usually have a great experience here. However, this time, the room was pretty run down. The blackout curtains were cracked and broken, pillows were super lumpy and uncomfortable and bathroom towels were very threadbare. Just seems like they need to do some updates to the linens and rooms.”

“They cancelled the reservation and would not tell me why. I wrote to the Hotel asking why they cancelled and they directed me to call them. When I DID call the number they gave me, to ask why they cancelled, a man demeaned and belittled my concern and told me to take it up with the third party company I booked with to tell me why the HOTEL itself cancelled my reservation. “We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!”
