“Property is well maintained. Main entrance for the hotel has stairs with no ramp or easily accessible alternative option. Challenging with suitcases. An elevator is available in the parking garage behind the property. Would be helpful if the information about the hotel described the entry and alternative entry options.”

“This is a great value stay on Island. I particularly enjoy the fridge/freezer so I can refreeze the ice packs for my cooler. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are very clean and spacious. I've stayed several times with no complaints.”

“Breakfast was good. They only had omelettes with peppers in them. So no plain eggs for picky eating kids. They also used one spoon for the eggs, potatoes and the sausage so cross contamination was there for vegetarians who wanted potatoes. The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfy. The shower and bathroom was clean. However, when I arrived one toilet paper roll was almost emptied so having that already freshened up would’ve been nice.”

“Our room was great as were the staff. There was a water main break the morning we left so we couldn't get breakfast but other than that everything was perfect.”

“I have good things to say about the motel itself. My one negative is not about Best Western itself, but just an FYI...check before you go. We were there June of 2026 and there are a lot of roads torn up all around the motel due to redoing pipes. The water was shut off about 10 or 10:30 at night, not sure for how long. It was back on in the morning. However the motel itself is in a great location on Bay Street. It is nothing fancy, but if you are on a budget it is clean, rooms have microwaves and...

“There was no actual person at check in, there was someone virtually on a kiosk in the lobby. The room was dirty, and a cockroach was in the bathroom.”

“The room was clean. My check in staff was very helpful. She explained the amenities to me very clearly. Breakfast was good. Ms.Rebecca the breakfast lady was amazing. The area was clean and stocked with food.”

“Had an awesome stay! The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. You could tell the sheets were softer than average hotel sheets. The pool was clean and they had towels by the pool. Loved the contactless check in, made it quick and easy especially since we got there late.”
