“My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week! ”

“We had a great stay; having an apt made being in NYC so much easier with our 3 tween/teens. Neighborhood was quiet, space was clean, close to the park. We were missing a hair dryer, but property manager quickly resolved. W/D in unit was a huge plus. Beds were comfy.”

“Stay was great. We arrived late but the garage door was open and the path was clear to the suite. The suite was clean and quite large. My only true complaint was that there was no blind near the window next to the door and it faced out. But that aside it was great host was responsive even late at nights and told us where to park.”

“My wife, little one and I needed a place to stay to attend a wedding at “The Mansion at Oyster Bay”. The space was well kept, comfortable, and very conveniently located. The hosts were present at check in and very communicative throughout our stay. We had a little hiccup and they handled it very well. I highly recommend staying at Yvonne and Michael’s house. ”

“This spot was what we'd hoped it'd be for our trip. “I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. "Hotel perfetto, pulito e profumato! Posizione eccezionale! Camera spaziosa e silenziosa con letto grande, comodo e angolo cottura ben fornito. Pulizie quotidiane. Al 5° piano lavanderia per gli ospiti con asciugatrice, distributore automatico di snack e bibite, e palestra. Apprezzata anche la macchina del ghiaccio.Tutto il giorno offrono bibite calde e un ottimo caffè. Possibilità di depositare i bagagli fino all'orario della partenza. Lo consiglio."

"Camera horror .. moquette vecchia e sporca , tra i due letti matrimoniali sotto la moquette c’era un avvallamento importante. No bidet arredamento vecchio , mancavano pezzi di legno qua e là . Carta da parati ormai gialla e mezza scollata . Fatto increscioso , nonostante il cartello non entrare sulla maniglia , il personale è entrato in camera ed ha acceso il climatizzatore . Alla reception, su nostra richiesta chi fosse entrato in camera , non hanno saputo dirmelo. Peccato perché la zona è top sulla Broadway e a 2 minuti da central park e con la fermata dalla metro praticamente sotto l’albergo . "

"Ho soggiornato in questo hotel ad agosto 2025 e la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: la struttura si trova vicino alla metro, il che rende semplicissimi gli spostamenti in città. Le camere e gli ambienti comuni sono puliti e ben tenuti; i servizi sono buoni e il personale disponibile. L’arredamento forse è un po’ datato, ma nel complesso l’hotel garantisce comfort e praticità. Nel complesso lo consiglio a chi cerca un punto d’appoggio comodo e funzionale per visitare New York."
